Chatur Singh Two Star is a 2011 Bollywood action comedy film, directed by Ajay Chandhok, starring Sanjay Dutt, Ameesha Patel and Suresh Menon in the lead roles. Produced by Mohammad Aslam and Parag Sanghvi, the film is based on the novel Chalaak Jasoos.[2] It was released on 19 August 2011.

The retired school teacher wages a little war almost every day, be it getting his wife treated in a hospital, offering prayers for her salvation, undertaking a simple train journey or trying to prove he’s alive before a bunch of corrupt employees in a government office. But the inspirational part of the story lies in the fact that Mussaddi never gives up hope, nor does he succumb to the pressures of the system. There, before India Gate — where else — he vows to wage a lone battle against corruption and get his due by honest means.

The good news is Mussaddi isn’t alone anymore. The Anna brigade is firmly behind him.

Cinderella III: A Twist in Time (2007)

Cinderella III: A Twist in Time is the second direct-to-video sequel to the 1950 Walt Disney Pictures animated classic Cinderella. Canonically it is a continuation of the original Cinderella, rather than Cinderella II: Dreams Come True, though due to its unusual chronological sequencing it acknowledges the events of Cinderella II: Dreams Come True by using some of its characters. The film was released on February 6, 2007 and rated G by the MPAA. The film is directed by Frank Nissen and features the voices of Jennifer Hale and Susanne Blakeslee. For the UK release of the film, it was simply titled Cinderella: A Twist in Time, without mention of it being a sequel. It made its world television premiere on Toon Disney on December 3, 2007.

The film starts on the first anniversary of Cinderella and Prince Charming's wedding, where Jaq, Gus and the Fairy Godmother are surprising the couple with a picnic in the woods. Back at the manor that was Cinderella's former home, her stepsisters Anastasia and Drizella are stuck doing Cinderella's old chores, and are clearly unhappy with their current lifestyle. Anastasia, trying to avoid working, wanders off into the woods where she witnesses the Fairy Godmother's magic in action.

The Fairy Godmother drops her wand in front of Anastasia, who takes it and rushes back to the manor and shows it to her mother, Lady Tremaine. The Fairy Godmother arrives to retrieve the wand, and during a tussle, the Fairy Godmother is accidentally transformed into a stone statue. Anastasia is regretful for what has happened, but Lady Tremaine is ecstatic only at the possibility of having another chance at ruining Cinderella's life. She takes the magic wand and reverses time, going back to the moment where things started to go right for Cinderella: the Duke's arrival at the manor with the glass slipper. Lady Tremaine rushes the process along and uses the wand to make the slipper fit Anastasia's foot before Cinderella can make it downstairs. The Duke, seeing the slipper fit, announces that Anastasia will wed the prince, and asks for them to get ready to go to the royal palace. Cinderella rushes downstairs in what was previously "the nick of time" and is confused over the outcome. Lady Tremaine breaks Cinderella's other slipper and tells her to forget the dance ever happened. Tremaine and her daughters then leave to the palace for the wedding preparations.

Cinderella is convinced that Charming will remember her, so she goes to the palace in secret and sneaks in through the servant's entrance. Elsewhere, when Charming sees Anastasia, Tremaine uses the wand to make him forget about Cinderella completely. Jaq and Gus witness this event and tell Cinderella about the plot. Meanwhile, Anastasia dances with the prince, and becomes increasingly hopeful that he will fall in love with her. She is, however, a poor dancer and the King requests to speak with her. It turns out that Anastasia faintly resembles the King's former wife. The King simply tells her that the old queen was also a poor dancer, but that they loved each other very much, and he could tell from the moment their hands touched. He then gives her a seashell that he claims is his most precious possession.

Meanwhile Cinderella disguises herself and enters the room where her stepfamily is staying; though she manages to get the wand, Tremaine sends the palace guards to stop her before she can break the spell on Charming. Cinderella is caught by the guards, and when the guards start to remove her from the castle, Cinderella reaches out to touch Charming's hand, and the connection they both feel confuses him. Tremaine orders Cinderella to be put on the next ship out of the kingdom.

The mice take matters into their own hands and confront Charming with their side of the story, using the other mended glass slipper as evidence. Charming, although he still cannot remember her, believes the mice's tale and sets out to retrieve Cinderella before she sails off. He succeeds, the pair are reunited and the true nature of Tremaine and Drizella is revealed. The King orders Lady Tremaine, Anastasia and Drizella arrested.

Despite this, Lady Tremaine does not give up. She uses the wand's magic to conceal herself and her daughters when the King's guards search the palace grounds for her. As Cinderella is preparing for her wedding, Lady Tremaine reveals herself and her new plan: she has made Anastasia to look exactly like Cinderella, and she will take the real Cinderella's place during the wedding ceremony. Lady Tremaine then magically sends Cinderella, Jaq and Gus into the hollow center of a pumpkin in a distant meadow. In a twisted homage to the original film, the pumpkin becomes a deformed carriage and Lucifer becomes its human driver, intending to send Cinderella and the mice to their doom. After a frantic struggle, Cinderella, Jaq and Gus manage to defeat Luficer, escape the pumpkin and ride back to the palace.

Cinderella arrives at the palace just as the vows are being exchanged, and witnesses Anastasia saying (after an inner struggle) "I don't" when prompted by the minister. Lady Tremaine, angered at her daughter's sudden conscience, steps out of her hiding place. The King orders her arrested, but Lady Tremaine turns the guards to animals, and then turns her attention to Cinderella and Anastasia. Charming jumps in and uses his sword to block the wand's magic, causing it to bounce back and send Lady Tremaine and Drizella back to their house as toads. Anastasia uses the wand to turn herself back to normal and then gives it to Cinderella, who revives the Fairy Godmother. The Fairy Godmother offers to reverse time back to the original timeline before Lady Tremaine changed it, but Cinderella declines, knowing that no matter what, she will still be happy with Charming. The Fairy Godmother creates a new gown for Cinderella, and marries Cinderella and Charming.

Anastasia sadly gives the seashell back to the King, saying that she does not really deserve it, but the King tells her that everyone deserves true love, and that she can keep it.

During the credits, Lady Tremaine and Drizella become human again, but now are dressed as scullery maids, much to their horror, while Anastasia - who now lives at the palace with Cinderella - is seen in a picture accepting the common baker whom she met (and fell mutually in love with, with Cinderella's encouragement) in the previous film.

When a orphan boy Fatku (Irrfan Khan) enters the society with his dog Bhidu, the society secretary doesn't like that a street wanderer dog is living with them in their society. So all the society members and the society secretary take a decision to make Bhidu out of the society. The "jewel thief" stands for the right of Fatku and Bhidu to live in the society.

Clueless (1995)

Clueless is a 1995 American comedy film loosely based on Jane Austen's 1815 novel, Emma. It is set in Beverly Hills and a nearby high school. It was written and directed by Amy Heckerling and produced by Scott Rudin. The film was released in the United States on July 19, 1995. The film stars Alicia Silverstone, Stacey Dash, and Brittany Murphy.

The film spun off a television show and a series of books.

The film tells the story of Cher Horowitz (Alicia Silverstone), a good-natured but superficial girl. Cher is attractive, popular, and extremely wealthy. At a few months shy of sixteen, she has risen to the top of the high school social scene and is happy and self-assured in her insular, fashion-obsessed world. She lives in a Beverly Hills mansion with her father (Dan Hedaya), a ferocious $500-an-hour litigator; her mother has long since died, having succumbed to complications while undergoing liposuction. Cher's best friend is Dionne Davenport (Stacey Dash), who is also rich, pretty, and hip, and understands what it's like to be envied.

Among the few people to find much fault with Cher is Josh Lucas (Paul Rudd), her socially conscious ex-stepbrother who visits during a break from college. Josh and Cher spar continually but without malice; she refers to him as "granola breath" and mocks his scruffy idealism, while he teases her for being selfish, vain, and superficial, and says that her only direction in life is "toward the mall."

Illustrating that Cher's selfishness is usually innocent and relatively harmless, Cher plays matchmaker for two lonely, nerdy, hard-grading teachers, Mr. Hall (Wallace Shawn) and Miss Geist (Twink Caplan). She achieves her original purpose – to make them relax their grading standards so she can renegotiate a bad report card – but when she sees their newfound happiness, she realizes she likes doing good deeds. Cher now decides that the ultimate way she can give back to the community would be to "adopt" a "tragically unhip" new girl at school, Tai Frasier (Brittany Murphy). Cher and Dionne give Tai a makeover and initiate her into the mysteries of popularity. Cher also tries to extinguish the strong mutual attraction between Tai and Travis (Breckin Meyer), an amiable skateboarding slacker, and to steer her toward Elton (Jeremy Sisto), a rich snob.

Her second matchmaking scheme backfires when Elton rejects Tai and makes a play for Cher. Matters worsen, however, when Cher's "project" works a bit too well and Tai's popularity begins to surpass Cher's, especially after Tai has a "near-death" adventure at the mall that helps to skyrocket her to fame at school. Other classmates, including Dionne and Cher's longtime rival, classmate Amber (Elisa Donovan), soon gravitate toward Tai, and Cher finds herself demoted from queen to courtier at high school.

Meanwhile, Cher has a couple of romantic mishaps with boys at school. The first involves Elton; the next concerns Christian (Justin Walker), a handsome classmate with great fashion sense who turns out to be gay. Cher naively and repeatedly fails to recognize Christian's homosexual tendencies, and tries unsuccessfully to seduce him while they are alone one night watching Spartacus. The next day, Dionne's boyfriend, Murray (Donald Faison), is roaring with laughter, which makes Cher's mistake clear to her at last.

Events reach a crisis after Cher fails her driver's test and can't "renegotiate" the result. When Cher goes home, crushed, Tai confides that she's taken a fancy to Josh and wants Cher to help her "get" him. Cher says she doesn't think Josh is right for her, and they quarrel. Cher, left all alone, begins to think she has created a monster in her own image. Feeling "totally clueless", she reflects on her priorities and her repeated failures to understand or appreciate the people in her life. Most of all, she keeps thinking about Josh and Tai, and wonders why she cares so much.

After much soul-searching (which includes a one-woman shopping spree around various Beverly Hills boutiques), Cher discovers she has fallen in love with Josh. She begins making awkward but sincere efforts to live a more useful life, even captaining the school's Pismo Beach disaster relief effort. A scene near the end of the film finds Cher and Josh stumbling over how to admit their mutual feelings for each other, finally culminating in a tender kiss on the stairs of her home.

The film has a happy Hollywood ending for Cher: Mr. Hall and Miss Geist get married; her friendships with Tai and Dionne are reaffirmed; Tai and Travis are in love; and, in Josh's arms, she too has now finally found love.

Charlie Valentine, also released as The Hitmen Diaries: Charlie Valentine, is a 2009 Crime drama starring Raymond J. Barry in the titular role. Charlie reconciles with his estranged son Danny (Weatherly) for a place to stay. Danny is curious about his father's lifestyle, though he is apprehensive after serving time in prison. Regardless the two men rob Danny's boss Ferucci (Bauer), who catches on and later finds out about Charlie's hitman life. Ferucci informs Rocco of the Valentines, pinning the two men in a death match in Ferucci's club that leaves only Danny still alive.

Chihuahua The Movie (2010)

Beverly Hills Chihuahua is a 2008 family comedy film produced by Walt Disney Pictures. It is directed by Raja Gosnell and released on October 3, 2008. The plot centers around a Chihuahua, Chloe, who gets dognapped in Mexico and has to escape from an evil Doberman, El Diablo, with help from a lonely German Shepherd, Delgado, and a hyperactive male Chihuahua, Papi, who has a desperate crush on her.

Vivian Ashe (Jamie Lee Curtis) leaves her pet chihuahua Chloe (Drew Barrymore) with her irresponsible niece Rachel (Piper Perabo). However, when Rachel decides to go to Mexico with her friends, Chloe gets dognapped. She is sent to the dog fights, and meets a German Shepherd named Delgado (Andy Garcia). Delgado helps her escape the dog fights and attempts to get her back to Beverly Hills. Meanwhile, Rachel is searching for Chloe with Sam (Manolo Cardona) and Papi (George Lopez), landscaper and dog before Aunt Viv gets home.

When Delgado was talking to his friend from when he was in the Mexican Police, Chloe encounters a pack rat named Manuel (Cheech Marin) trying to steal Chloe's diamond collar. She is tricked into giving him the collar, which was going to be used to get her home. When Delgado and Chloe was smuggled by a Coyote in a train, Delgado created a diversion to so that Chloe wouldn't get caught by the train crew. But after Delgado jumped off the train, Chloe jumped with him. When they walked across the Chihuahua Desert, Delgado told Chloe how he lost his sense of smell, when Delgado and his partner were searching for a suspect, he was ambushed by El Diablo and his owner. When he woke up his partner was seriously wounded and was never the same after that night. Neither was Delgado because the next morning, he completely lost his sense of smell. El Diablo (Edward James Olmos), a fierce Argentinan mix Bolivian Doberman Pinscher, is sent by the dog fight ringleader to capture Chloe for the reward.

Later on, Manuel is seen with the collar by Delgado, so Manuel switches sides and helps Delgado find his sense of smell. Delgado sniffs the collar and gets his sense of smell back. He finds Chloe and she returns to Beverly Hills. Delgado gets a job with the police, and El Diablo runs away. Chloe and Papi go on a date by the gazebo and Chloe licks him on the face. Papi mentions that there might be a few miniature baby Chihuahuas in their futures. The two stray dogs that Sam and Rachel adopt on the trail of Chloe go to good homes too. El Diablo is adopted by a lady who has a passion for fashion. Sam and Rachel as well start to date.

Control (2007)

Control is a 2007 black-and-white biographical film about Joy Division singer Ian Curtis. Matt Greenhalgh wrote the screenplay based on the book Touching from a Distance, written by Curtis' widow Deborah who co-produced the film. Directed by Anton Corbijn, Control stars Sam Riley as Ian, Samantha Morton as Deborah, and Alexandra Maria Lara as Annik Honoré. It also stars James Anthony Pearson, Joe Anderson, and Harry Treadaway as Joy Division members Bernard Sumner, Peter Hook, and Stephen Morris, respectively, as well as Toby Kebbell as band manager Rob Gretton and Craig Parkinson as Factory Records head Tony Wilson.


The film follows Ian Curtis' life from 1973 to 1980, focusing on his marriage to Deborah, the formation and rise of Joy Division, his struggle with epilepsy, and his extramarital affair with Annik, culminating in his May 1980 suicide. The film's title derives from the Joy Division song "She's Lost Control". Control premiered at the Cannes Film Festival on 17 May 2007 where it won several awards including the Director's Fortnight, the CICAE Art & Essai prize for best film, the Regards Jeunes Prize for best first/second directed feature film, and the Europa Cinemas Label prize for best European film in the sidebar.[2][3] It went on to win five British Independent Film Awards including Best Film, Best Director for Corbijn, Most Promising Newcomer for Riley, and Best Supporting Actor for Kebbell.[4] It was named Best Film at the 2007 Evening Standard British Film Awards, and Greenhalgh was given the Carl Foreman award for outstanding achievement in his first feature film at the 61st British Academy Film Awards.

Cougars, Inc., developed under the title Mother's Little Helpers, is a comedy indie film written and directed by Asher Levin about rebellious coming-of-age teenager Sam Lowell (Kyle Gallner). Sam has been kicked out of some of the top boarding schools across the country. Now, he finds himself making new friends and struggling to fit in at a prep-school in Southern California called Moore Prep. After Sam's mom is no longer able to afford his pricey tuition, he and his friends become escorts to the middle-aged women of the town in order to keep Sam in school and have some fun while they're at it. They meet a generation of Cougars desperate to stay fun, young, and sexy. Along the way they all learn a bit about life, love and the pursuit of happiness. This cautionary tale may teach the ladies and boys that everything is not always as it seems, and perhaps the grass is not always greener on the other side.
